The vineyards of the Finca Can Camps, in the Garraf Natural Park, give a fascinating wines ability to age, the result of the original varietal composition and calcareous and arid environment. The entire manifest Pedradura mineral character with hints of aromatic herbs in your environment. It is a Mediterranean wine, a wine salt, facing the sea.

Varieties: Marselan, Petit Verdot.

VINIFICATION

Made from hand-picked grapes grown on old vines. Traditional fermentation at 25°C for 38 days without the addition of selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months on French oak and for 30 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTE

Colour: deep garnet red. Aroma: red-berry fruits with hints of the aromatic herbs of the Massif. Taste: It expresses the aromatic and mineral quality of this pure, chalky and arid landscape. It is deep and round with a long finish on the palate.

FOOD PAIRING

Chargrilled and roasted meat, game, cheese, rich casseroles and sauces.
